Biography
Since becoming an agent 10 years ago, I have worked tirelessly to become a resource to the senior community in North Carolina. While many other agents assist with different kinds of plans, my focus is Medicare. It can be an especially confusing and daunting process for people entering retirement. I work side by side with each of my senior clients to make sure they select the best options for their needs and address any questions or concerns they may have. He was extremely helpful in walking me through the confusion of Medicare and in providing options that would best suit our needs. I determined that Blue Cross was the best for us. Rusty even went out of his way to verify the participation in the network of a list of physicians that I provided him. I was very pleased with the service and information I received. Thanks
